We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design process across various digital and print media, contributing to projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in visual storytelling, design trends, and advanced graphic tools will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and elevating client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of visually compelling digital materials, including branding, websites, social media, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and video content to enhance visual communication and storytelling.
Work closely with Account Managers to understand project goals and translate them into unique and effective visual solutions.
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time.
Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality output across all deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, and apply innovative approaches to creative challenges.
Partner with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy across platforms.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead design role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other design tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including branding, digital design and multimedia work.
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to clients and team members.
Strong creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
