Ultra Laundry – MNC CO. is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Laundry Supervisor to oversee the full operations of our commercial laundry facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the complete laundry process including washing, drying, roll machine operation, towel folding, and delivery coordination.
• Lead and manage operational teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Monitor daily production, enforce quality control standards, and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Train and guide staff on equipment usage, safety practices, and work procedures.
• Inspect machinery and finished products to ensure top performance and consistency.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and urgent repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Oversee delivery processes to ensure punctual and accurate client service.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and integrated operation.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in all areas of commercial laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, roll machine handling, and logistics/delivery.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume laundry facility.
• Strong technical knowledge of laundry equipment and production flow.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
