Key Responsibilities:

Manage tendering processes including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare competitive tender submissions
Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams to clarify contract and scope-related queries
Oversee post-contract activities: interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
Provide contractual advice and support aligned with FIDIC and project-specific conditions
Ensure accurate cost control and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in resolving disputes and payment delays through diplomatic communication

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering with a minimum experience of 8years
Proven experience in tendering and post-contract administration within contracting firms
Thorough understanding of construction processes, contractual frameworks, and cost breakdowns
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office applications
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and ISO-aligned procedures is an advantage

Candidate available locally in Bahrain with Driving License shall be preferred.
