Description
Job Purpose:
Develop and grow a personal Book of Business (BOB) within the Branch's geographical reach, driving revenue growth and delivering significant P&L contributions.
This position requires strong communication skills and Freight Forwarding operational experience in a fast paced, dynamic Freight-Forwarding Field Sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage BOB to achieve constant growth in volume, revenue, and margin
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research
• Liaise with Branch Operations, clients, and partner agents
• Utilize CRM system to manage pipeline and record activity
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding
• Strong communication and operational skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
Mandatory:
• Transferable Iqama
• Valid KSA Driving License
• Fluency in English
