Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow

Lead and train front-of-house staff to uphold premium service standards

Maintain guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless communication

Ensure hygiene, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met

Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and floor coverage

Assist in inventory control and ordering for front-of-house supplies

Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waitstaff in a fine dining or high-end restaurant

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team

Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software is a plus

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
