Role Summary

Responsible for executing all surveying activities for a major construction project in Makkah, ensuring accurate site measurements, layout, and documentation according to project specifications and municipal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform land, topographic, and construction surveys using Total Station, GPS, and digital levels.

Establish and maintain control points, levels, and site coordinates.

Conduct layout for foundations, structural elements, utilities, and roads.

Prepare survey reports, as‑built data, and coordinate logs.

Verify site work against approved drawings and highlight discrepancies.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors for accurate execution.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Strong skills in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software.

Experience working in congested or restricted-access project zones (Makkah preferred).

Strong understanding of survey calculations, leveling, and data processing.
