About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and highly skilled Senior Waiter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be the face of our service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests through professional communication and expert table management.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-volume or fine-dining restaurants.

Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory (Speaking and Understanding) to interact effectively with our diverse clientele.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a "Guest-First" mindset.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of menu engineering, table settings, and POS systems (Foodics).

Leadership: Ability to mentor junior staff and maintain high service standards under pressure.

Status: Must be currently in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable Iqama (Qiwa transfer).

Core Responsibilities:

Provide premium table service and expert menu recommendations.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with extreme professionalism and "Emotional Intelligence."

Ensure full compliance with food safety and Saudi municipal regulations.

Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure seamless service flow.

Order Management: From guest reception to order closure.
