Al Zarabi is looking for a skilled, well-organized Service Electrician with experience in HVAC systems, electrical controls, and motors.

The successful candidate will carry out service visits, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide clear reports to support our customers and service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for HVAC equipment, including control panels, motors, starters, sensors, and wiring.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and recommend or carry out suitable corrective actions.
- Perform service visits at customer sites and support installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning when required.
- Prepare accurate service reports detailing findings, work completed, parts used, and any further actions required.
- Communicate clearly with customers and keep them informed about service findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the service team, sales engineers, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain service tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Support the preparation of service quotations and parts requirements when needed.
- Keep service records and customer documentation organized and up to date.

Requirements

- Technical diploma or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, electrical controls, and electric motors.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use electrical testing instruments safely.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear service reports.
- Well-organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel locally for service visits.
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Experience wiring and assembling control panels is a plus.
