We are thrilled to seek a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to support a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a classroom setting.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a lasting impact on the child's development and well-being.

The ideal candidate will work closely with educators and specialists to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the child with daily classroom activities and social interactions.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) alongside teachers.
- Utilize behavior management strategies and adapt lessons to meet the child’s needs.
- Foster communication and social skills through engaging activities.
- Collaborate with our dedicated team of teachers, therapists, and parents to track progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience working with children with ASD, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Knowledge of IEP procedures and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred certifications or training in ASD.
