The Role

You will work in the shop serving walk-in customers, finding and handing over the products they need, and supporting day-to-day shop operations.

Many of our customers are electricians and contractors who know what they want and value speed, so you will need to learn our products quickly and be friendly and efficient at the counter.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers politely and understand what they need
Find, pick, and hand over products quickly and accurately from shelves and storage
Learn product names, brands, sizes, ratings, and locations across our 2,000+ item range
Check items and quantities with customers before billing
Assist the cashier or sales staff with preparing invoices and quotations, where required
Carry and load purchases into customer vehicles
Keep shelves, displays, and the counter area neat, clean, and well stocked
Arrange products with correct price tags and labels
Inform the inventory team when items are low, damaged, or misplaced
Cut and measure cable and other items to order, where trained to do so
Handle returns and exchanges as per shop policy
Carry out other shop duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

Previous experience in a shop, trading, or retail environment is preferred, but freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
Ability to learn and remember product names and locations quickly
Friendly, polite, and professional with customers
Hardworking, honest, and punctual
Physically fit and able to lift and carry items during the day
Basic ability to read product labels, sizes, and numbers
Basic communication skills in Arabic, English, or Hindi/Urdu
Valid Iqama (transferable) preferred
