Description
We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager / Supervisor who can efficiently handle day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of inventory control (stock in/out, tracking, reporting)
Experience in supervisory duties such as staff management, scheduling, and reporting
Prior knowledge of Korean items/products (food, groceries, or retail items) is mandatory
Ability to manage suppliers, deliveries, and stock replenishment
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Good communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shop operations
Ensure accurate inventory records and stock availability
Supervise staff performance and workflow
Maintain product quality, display, and store standards
Report to management and handle operational issues efficiently
