Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations.
The candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workforce performance.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Conduct site inspections and report progress to management.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns.
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the worksite.
Support project completion within deadlines and budget.
