Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to our brand and products.

* Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Create engaging daily content including posts, reels, videos, and stories.

* Plan and run creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

* Collaborate with our design & sales team to showcase products, promotions, and projects.

* Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

* Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands.

* Excellent creative writing, content creation, and communication skills.

* Strong understanding of social media analytics and paid advertising.

* Ability to generate fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to boost engagement and followers.

* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is a plus.

* Photography/videography skills are an added advantage.

* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
