A highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our new AV system integrator business unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex audio-visual (AV) solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with sales engineers, account managers, and project managers to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet their budget and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex AV solutions for a variety of clients, including government agencies, educational institutions, and businesses.
• Collaborate with sales engineers to understand client needs and develop proposals.
• Work with account managers to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Partner with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Select and configure AV equipment from a variety of vendors.
• Create detailed system designs and documentation.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of AV systems.
• Provide technical support to clients after system installation.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technologies and trends.

KPIs

• Number of AV solutions designed and implemented on time and within budget.
• Client satisfaction with AV solutions.
• Revenue generated from AV system integration projects.
• Number of new AV technology certifications obtained.
