We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Manager to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of digital transformation for government and enterprise, as well as proven experience in developing large-scale information system projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the developing and design of comprehensive IT solutions that meet the strategic needs of government and enterprise clients.
Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development to ensure project success and career growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Supervise the project lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and evaluation.
Maintain and enhance relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best terms and services for our projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in the ICT industry, with a preference for those who have worked in solution development or management.
A minimum of 5 years of team management experience.
In-depth knowledge of Network and IT for government and enterprise.
Proven track record of successful operation of large-scale information systems projects.
Familiarity with mainstream vendors' products and solutions, such as Huawei and Cisco.
Professional certifications HCIE or CCIE are required.
