Ghancha Cafe, a traditional Bahraini restaurant, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist in managing kitchen operations and delivering high-quality Bahraini cuisine.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and presenting traditional Bahraini dishes
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Manage inventory, minimize waste, and assist in ordering supplies
Train junior chefs in traditional cooking techniques

Requirements:

Experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in Middle Eastern or Bahraini cuisine
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of traditional Bahraini ingredients and cooking methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Currently in Bahrain or willing to relocate
Location: Bahrain
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
