Sous Chef (Catering Operations)

The candidate should have strong catering experience and the ability to lead and manage daily kitchen operations. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef and take responsibility for ensuring smooth kitchen performance, food quality, food safety, and operational standards.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in catering or large-scale food production.
- Previous experience as Sous Chef, Assistant Head Chef, or Senior Chef.
- Ability to lead and supervise the kitchen team effectively.
- Experience managing high-volume catering operations.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, production planning, and kitchen workflow.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and timely meal production.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to train, guide, and monitor kitchen staff performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant culinary education or professional qualification is preferred.
- Candidates’ experience, professional background, and education level will be considered during the selection process.

Salary: 450BHD (may depends on the experience and qualifications)
