Salary: 3000( negotiable)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes (e.g., Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Chadni, Rasam, biryani and curries).Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurants or catering.
Knowledge of traditional South Indian spices and cooking techniques.
Valid Saudi Arabian residency (Iqama) and transferable.
