We are seeking an experienced and organized SPA Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium beauty and wellness brand in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will come from a management background and demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, and team development skills.

This role is open to female candidates with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across salon or wellness branches

Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards

Oversee scheduling, inventory, customer service, and cleanliness standards

Ensure seamless client experiences and address guest feedback professionally

Coordinate with senior management on business goals and performance metrics

Monitor budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency

Support marketing campaigns and brand promotions on-site

Requirements:
