Description
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
•Manage spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
•Monitor and evaluate the performance of spa services and staff.
•Oversee inventory management and ordering of spa products.
•Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management.
•Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
•Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
