Responsibilities:

•Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
•Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
•Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about spa services.
•Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
•Coordinate with spa staff to ensure seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in a customer service role.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in using computer systems and software.
•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
