Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Purchaser with a strong background in buying vehicle and equipment spare parts. The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to ensure timely delivery while managing supplier relationships.

Key Requirements:

Expatriate with valid work eligibility in Saudi Arabia

Proven experience in spare parts procurement for vehicles and heavy equipment

Good understanding of workshop operations and maintenance needs

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to work closely with the workshop and logistics teams

Responsibilities:

Manage purchase orders and supplier quotations

Coordinate with workshop teams to identify and fulfill spare parts needs

Ensure timely delivery and quality of all procured parts

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
