Job Responsibilities:
Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking
Mixing paints and matching colors accurately
Applying paint using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining painting equipment and keeping the work area clean
Following all safety procedures and company standards
