Description
A responsible and efficiently run company is hiring a Staff Supervisor.
We are looking for a responsible person who is able to multi-task and is super-organised.
Visa will be provided.
Salary is guaranteed to be always on time.
Duties:
Ability to monitor and control staff working in various outlets.
Should be able to solve staff issues, disputes and review staff performance.
Must be able to speak to management and sort staff issues.
Keep record of staff attendance and conduct very basic staff interviews,
The right candidate must be:
Between 25 to 38 years of age
MUST HAVE Driving License and Car
Must be very organised in his work
Must be excellent at time management and be ready to work flexible timings
Must be proficient in Word / EXCEL / EMAIL Writing and Correspondence
