As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role requires a combination of leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
Supervise and motivate store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Drive sales goals and monitor performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate restocking activities.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
