Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge to manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of inventory and staff.
The ideal candidate will oversee stock control, staff supervision, and store organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and staff activities
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing of goods
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and organization
Coordinate with purchasing and other departments
Prepare daily and monthly stock reports
Requirements:
Previous experience as Store Incharge or similar role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of inventory management and documentation
Basic computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
