Description

We are looking for a dependable Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and dispatch goods, and ensure that stock levels are maintained accurately. The ideal candidate should be organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling inventory systems and physical stock movement.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly

Issue items from the store as per requisitions

Monitor stock for shortages or overages and report discrepancies

Organize and maintain cleanliness in the store area

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records

Label and tag items properly for easy identification and tracking

Ensure proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role preferred

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to lift and move heavy items if required

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
