Description
Takara Hospitality Group is looking for Store keeper for its restaurant chains in Khobar, KSA.
Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as Store keeper in F&B and should be fluent in Arabic & English.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspection: Receive, inspect, and verify all deliveries of goods, supplies, and equipment, ensuring they meet hotel standards and specifications.
Storage and Organization: Store goods, supplies, and equipment in designated areas, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, conducting regular stock takes and reporting discrepancies or variances.
Issuance and Control: Issue goods, supplies, and equipment to authorized personnel, ensuring proper authorization and control procedures are followed.
Stock Level Management: Monitor and report on stock levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items and recommending adjustments to inventory levels.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
Communication and Liaison: Liaise with department heads, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of receipts, issues, stock levels, and other relevant transactions.
