We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive - Store for Site to join our team for an upcoming commercial building project in the Riyadh Province of Saudi Arabia. As an Executive - Store for Site, you will be responsible for managing the site's materials and equipment inventory, ensuring efficient procurement, storage, and distribution to support project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of materials management, including procurement, receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to determine material and equipment requirements and ensure timely availability.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including quantities, specifications, and costs.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, and initiate purchase requisitions as needed to replenish stock.

Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage, loss, or theft of materials and equipment.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution.

Proven experience working in materials management or storekeeping roles, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procurement processes, and warehouse operations.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management or storekeeping, with demonstrated experience in construction projects.

Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is advantageous.

Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
