Description

Job Purpose

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations within the supply chain function, ensuring smooth inventory management, timely stock replenishment, compliance with company standards, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise store operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management through proper documentation and system updates.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Implement and follow company supply chain procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/store environment.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff to achieve operational excellence.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock movement and store performance.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO stock management practices.
Handle audits and resolve discrepancies in stock records.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store management, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
