Description
We are looking for a store manager to work at our Ninja branch at Salhiya
Overseeing the efficient and effective operations of a dark store, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes for online customers.
Managing inventory, supervising a team of associates, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement operational strategies, and drive performance to achieve business goals.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure the smooth functioning of the dark store and the delivery of exceptional service to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure prompt receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) and Transfer Orders (TOs).
Expedite the put-away process immediately upon receipt of POs/TOs.
Verify the accuracy of all put-away transactions.
Ensure timely closure of all Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions, and promptly generate Credit Notes.
Conduct necessary adjustments to Inventory Bin Tickets.
Overall responsibility for the dark store's operations, including inventory management, team supervision, customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.
Authority to make significant operational decisions and handle overall store performance.
Assigns tasks and responsibilities to the associates and ensures that the required staffing levels are maintained.

Demonstrate effective leadership skills in the assigned role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory-related transactions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using inventory management systems and software.
Knowledge of Return to Vendor (RTV) processes and the ability to generate Credit Notes promptly.
Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with team members.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
