We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pakistani Store Manager Couple to manage and grow our sweet and bakery retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Management & Operations
- Manage daily store operations efficiently
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and product display

Sales & Marketing

- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Build strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports

Requirements

- Minimum 15 years of experience in store management and customer handling
- Strong background in sales and marketing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Nationality: Pakistani (mandatory)
- Previous experience in sweet and bakery products (mandatory)
- Arabic language proficiency (mandatory)
- Own car with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Transferrable Iqama (mandatory)
