We Are Hiring: Store Manager – Central Kitchen (Cloud Kitchens)

A leading restaurant group in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced candidates to join our team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of central kitchen / cloud kitchen facilities
Oversee multiple restaurant brands operating from a single location
Drive sales and control costs across all virtual brands
Lead, train, and develop the operations team
Manage Back of House (BOH), including kitchen production and workflow
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in F&B
Mandatory experience in cloud kitchens / central kitchens / multi-brand operations
Strong background in restaurant operations management
Experience in Back of House and kitchen operations is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of financial KPIs and cost control
