We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the daily operations of a Pakistani restaurant and drive sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage overall restaurant operations and daily activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and continuously improve sales performance.
- Develop strategies to increase customer traffic and repeat customers.
- Monitor food quality, service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Control food cost, labor cost, wastage, and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor business performance.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling and attendance.
- Implement promotions and marketing activities to increase sales.
- Maintain company policies, safety standards, and restaurant procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Train employees and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant / Store Manager.
- Experience in Pakistani, Indian, or South Asian restaurants preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and sales management.
- Proven ability to increase sales and control costs.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Must be responsible, active, and target-oriented.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
