We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role involves supervising sales activities, monitoring inventory, and maintaining store standards to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, retail experience, and the ability to motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints
Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets
Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandising displays
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
Train, guide, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance
Assist in preparing sales reports and store documentation
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the store
Support the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making

Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
