Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and supplies in our Dubai facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of materials and stock.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring quality and quantity.
Properly store goods in designated areas and update inventory systems.
Issue materials based on approved requisitions or dispatch requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and documentation using manual or digital systems.
Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the storeroom/warehouse.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and other departments as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
Proven experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant.
Good knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lift and move materials safely.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
