Job description

• Responsible for receiving, storing, accounting and issuing of engineering materials and supplies.
• Inspect supplier’s delivery of engineering materials and supplies for conformity with quantity and quality specifications.
• Issue materials and supplies per approved requisitions.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for engineering materials and supplies.
• Conduct monthly inventory of materials and supplies. Prepare analysis on monthly basis of fast moving items
• Maintain spare parts manuals, catalogs and list of suppliers.
• Prepare itemized weekly expense report to the concern Manager.
• Ensure that all engineering store and related areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe condition.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Immediately notify the supervisor of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work.
• Facility Management, contracting - MEP, Civil industry experience candidates are also considered.
• Health and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role and are a condition of employment.

Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their job purpose, as required by their department head from time to time.
