Description

We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue materials, and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to maintain an orderly store environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse or store management and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Issue items from stock as per requisitions and maintain accurate records
Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems regularly
Organize and maintain the store in a clean and systematic manner
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment
Ensure safe handling, storage, and security of materials
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in supply chain or logistics is a plus
Previous experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk, or inventory controller
Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Working Conditions:
Warehouse/store environment
May require lifting, standing, and moving items for extended periods
Shift work or overtime may be required based on operations
