We are seeking a professional, well-experienced, and educated Storekeeper to manage our restaurant warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and Inspect Goods: Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
Stock Organization: Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to the restaurant.
Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Stock Counts: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Additional Tasks: Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge in Excel and ERP software
Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
