We are a well-established educational institute in Manama, Bahrain, seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Counsellor to join our team (NB: preferably Indian with relevant experience as an Academic Counsellor or Sales pitching background).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students on course selections, career options, and academic planning.
• Handle student inquiries and provide effective counselling to prospective and enrolled students.
• Support the admissions process, including follow-ups with students and parents.
• Organise and participate in student orientation, workshops, and events.
• Maintain accurate counselling records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or related field.
Prior experience in counselling, student services, the education sector or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds.
