Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and train retail staff, scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchase dept. for restocking.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Analyze sales data to inform about product placement and promotional strategies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
