Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store staff including cashiers, stockers, and floor associates

Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns

Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure proper merchandising

Train new employees and conduct ongoing performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations

Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and timekeeping

Support store management in handling reports, audits, and administrative tasks

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business management is an asset

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a supermarket or retail environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks

Basic computer proficiency, including experience with POS and inventory systems
