Description
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all areas, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to cleaning staff
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisor role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
