Description
We are a rapidly growing global company seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team immediately.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition with any large construction/contracting company or any business house.
Must be currently residing in Jubail and available to join immediately on a full-time basis.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; a qualification in Human Resource Management is a strong advantage.
Prior experience with a large business group, particularly in high-volume recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles across multiple countries.
Working knowledge of Saudization processes is highly preferred.
Proficient in modern recruitment practices, including ATS platforms, job portals, and social media recruiting.
Strong negotiation skills and a task-oriented approach are essential.
