Position: Tea Barista

Type:Full time

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea beverages with precision and care.

Educate customers on our tea offerings and help them find their perfect brew.
Maintain a clean and organized tea bar, ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition.
Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for tea and a willingness to learn about different tea varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.
Previous experience in a café, tea house, or similar environment is a plus, at least 3 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
