Description
We’re hiring an experienced Team Leader to run our auto body shop and manage technicians.
Responsibilities:
Lead & schedule team of body techs, painters, and helpers
Check quality of all repairs before delivery - zero comebacks
Manage daily workflow, meet deadlines, track cycle time
Train staff, enforce safety, keep shop clean & organized
Coordinate with front office, parts, and insurance assessors
Control material costs and maintain equipment
Requirements:
2+ years body shop experience + 2+ years as supervisor
Expert in panel beating, paint, frame work, and OEM standards
Strong leadership skills - can manage multicultural team
Arabic prefer, English/Urdu a plus
Offer: Salary( will be discuss in interview) + overtime + visa + medical
