Description
The Hospitality (Team Leader/ coordinator) is responsible for supervising and coordinating all hospitality and workplace support services to ensure a professional, safe, and well-maintained office environment. The role leads daily operations, supervises the hospitality team, coordinates with internal stakeholders and vendors, and ensures service excellence across facilities, events, and employee support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily inspections, task allocation, and service delivery across office facilities
Lead and supervise the hospitality and cleaning teams, ensuring performance and compliance with standards
Coordinate meetings, events and catering, and executive hospitality requirements
Manage service requests, maintenance, and IT coordination with timely follow-up
Ensure emergency readiness, safety compliance, and proper workplace signage
Manage inventory, supplies, procurement, and consumption reporting
Supervise deep cleaning, waste management, and hygiene standards
Support employee onboarding and ongoing workplace requirements
Prepare operational reports, petty cash submissions, and performance evaluations
Review vendor performance and recommend service improvements
Required Competencies

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational tasks
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and office systems
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality, facilities, or office operations
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience in corporate or large-scale office environments preferred
Salary: 3500 - 4780
