DOX Information Technology is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ELV & Data Center Technician to join our technical field team.

Key Responsibilities:

​Data Center Infrastructure Management:
​Assemble, organize, and manage network racks and server cabinets.
​Execute precision cable routing, dressing, and structured labeling (Cable Trays / Raised Floor).
​Professional patching and management of high-density Patch Panels.
​Structured Cabling & Fiber Optics: Installation, termination, testing of Cat6/Cat6A cabling, and handling Fiber Optics (splicing and testing).
​CCTV Systems: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IP cameras and NVR/DVR systems.
​Access Control & Intercom: Installation and setup of biometric devices, card readers, and door access systems for data centers and facilities.
​Fire Alarm & Sound Systems: Cabling, device installation, and panel integration.
​Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular preventive maintenance and swift corrective troubleshooting.​

Requirements & Qualifications:

​Proficiency and practical experience in Data Center standards and setup.
​Technical background or hands-on expertise in Low Current (ELV) systems.
​Ability to read and follow shop drawings and patching diagrams.
​High attention to detail, labeling accuracy, and neat cable management.
​Familiarity with testing equipment (e.g., Fluke Testers, Fusion Splicers).
​Valid driving license (preferred).
