Minimum Intermediate Diploma (Technical) Education with 5-6 Years KSA, Gulf Experience

Hands On 5-6 Years Experience in operation for Malls, Business Towers

must be available for local transfer on immediate basis after selection

English Speaking, Writing, Reading must must must !!!

Team Leader Proven Experience

Can do attitude, self motivated

Handle Site operation

Able to communicate vendors, contractors and organize, manage, control the ongoing maintenance, contracting work

Must be clean, presentable personality

Must know to about chiller operation, elevators, electrical schematics reading

Chiller working principle

Must be experienced 1 phase and 3 phase connection

Can make daily data report

Can make motor connection and dis-connection

Outdoor and indoor chilled water line insulation knowledge

Assist manager in maintaining smooth site operation

Must work as team member to get the better performance and positive attitude with team members

Must speak English to management, deal the clients and explain problem scenario

Please Pakistani, Indian Candidates only with 5-6 Years KSA, Gulf experience available for immediate local transfer only.

Salary 3000 ~ 3500 monthly total package based on skills, qualifications including Food allowance and Accommodation, Transport, Medical provided by company
Leave and other benefits as per Saudi Labor Law
