TMS Group IT Division is looking for experienced and technically skilled Telecommunication Technicians for immediate hiring in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have practical experience in internet installation, wireless networking, WiFi repeater setup, and remote camp/desert connectivity solutions.

**Telecommunication Technician – Internet & Wireless Network Specialist**

Job Location:

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Field work across camps, industrial areas, and desert locations may be required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot internet connections for offices, camps, warehouses, and remote desert locations.
* Set up and maintain WiFi repeaters, wireless bridges, access points, routers, switches, and outdoor networking devices.
* Design and implement long-range wireless internet coverage solutions for camps and remote accommodations.
* Perform LAN/WAN network cabling, structured cabling, fiber optic termination, and network testing.
* Configure MikroTik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Cisco, or similar networking devices.
* Monitor internet performance, signal strength, bandwidth usage, and network stability.
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues, weak signals, hardware failures, and network interruptions.
* Install and align outdoor antennas, wireless transmitters, towers, and signal boosters.
* Support CCTV, IP telephony, VoIP, and related communication systems when required.
* Coordinate with telecom providers and internet service companies for installation and maintenance activities.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare technical reports for completed works.
* Ensure all installations comply with safety procedures and company technical standards.
* Provide emergency support for critical internet outages and communication failures.
* Maintain inventory records for networking tools, devices, and spare materials.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience in telecommunications, internet installation, and wireless networking.
* Strong knowledge of WiFi repeater systems and outdoor wireless coverage solutions.
* Experience working in camps, industrial projects, or remote/desert environments is highly preferred.
* Ability to climb towers or work in outdoor conditions when necessary.
* Knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Valid GCC/KSA driving license will be an advantage.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently under field conditions.
